Bank levies are a flat rate of R425.00 per international bank transfer.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:

** For the duration of the Congress only vegetarian meals will be served (during teas & lunches) at the Convention Centre**

Halaal - The Convention Centre is Halaal certified.
Kosher - Kosher meals need to be outsourced to an outside certified kosher caterer, the Convention Centre is not Kosher, and this would be at an additional cost of R 150.00 per day.

NOTE: GALA DINNER - Special Dietary Requirements:
Vegetarian - The menu includes meat – if you only want Vegetarian Catering please indicate on registration.
HalaalGOLD Restaurant is Halaal certified.
Kosher - Meals will be outsourced at an additional cost of R 150.00 - Please indicate this on registration.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:  

Cancellations made until 25 January 2021 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made between 26 January – 31 March 2021 will receive a 30% refund.

Cancellation made from 1 April 2021 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and will not qualify for a refund of any kind, as the full delegate fee will remain due and payable.

In the event of non-attendance / non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable.

Any applicable refunds will be made 30 working days after the congress.

Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.

In the event that the congress is forced to cancel as a result of the covid-19 pandemic, in the last 90 days before the congress date, a delegate will receive a 40% refund of the registration fees received, less banking details.

In the event that a delegate cannot attend the congress due to international flight / travel restrictions implemented by their country or by the South African government in the last 90 days before congress, delegates will receive a 40% refund of registration fees received, less banking fees. This refund will only be provided where cancellation is provided in writing and accompanying official proof of travel restriction is provided. Refunds will be provided 30 working days after congress.

All refunds will be based on the fees received and not on the exchange rate, where fees received via international banking and foreign exchange

 

 

Travel Insurance

The congress organizers encourage all delegates to consider travel insurance which should include loss of registration fees (whether you cancel participation or cancellation of the congress), loss of airfares, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and accommodation costs. The congress does not have any arrangements in place with regards to delegate insurance, it remains the responsibility of each delegates to arrange this independently.
